Catherine is the wife of actor Michael Douglas, who himself has had a face lift. As is often the case in Hollywood, rumors are out there just about everyone. Catherine is no exception.
The gossip columns post Catherine has had an eye lift (blepharoplasty), a nose job and a breast augmentation. Catherine has also been rumored to hit the Botox injections from time to time to soften up the wrinkles in her face. I honestly don’t think Catherine needed any work done, but either way I think the mother of two looks fabulous.

When Catherine Zeta-Jones was spotted in New York City on Tuesday, celebrity bloggers immediately mentioned one thing: the actress’ seemingly “tight” face and less signs of wrinkles.
Of course, the first thing that comes to mind is that the actress had plastic surgery or some sort of cosmetic procedure done on her face.  And the rumors have started to become bigger when some celebrity plastic surgeons have speculated that her appearance is the result of dermal fillers and Botox injection.

Compared to the actress’ previous photos, some doctors said that her forehead now looks smoother (with less frown lines) while her crow’s feet are no longer obvious.
Whether Catherine had plastic surgery or other form of cosmetic procedure, she remains “naturally beautiful.”  (At least the rumors were purely based on the slight difference between her current appearance and previous photos.)

Meanwhile, Catherine’s husband Michael Douglas ,67, has always been known as a fan of plastic surgery.  Back in 2005, pictures of the acting legend started circulating the Internet showing his seemingly tight face.
Some photos also showed Michael with the side of his face covered with a bandage which was according to rumors from the facelift incisions.

Perhaps of the huge age gap, or being intimated by her beautiful, decades-younger wife, Douglas wanted to look youthful in some ways.

A celebrity plastic surgeon claims Catherine Zeta Jones has had botox, after seeing photos of the actress looking impeccably smooth-skinned.
Radar Online claims that the Chicago star may have had surgery as a "refresher" following the stress of husband Michael Douglas' cancer diagnosis in August 2010.

Dr Anthony Youn tells the site: "Catherine Zeta Jones looks like she's beginning to follow in her husband Michael Douglas' plastic surgery footsteps. Her cheeks look somewhat plump, and may be due to injections of a filler like Sculptra.
"Her forehead and crows feet are also very smooth for a woman her age, likely a result of Botox injections."

He added: "Botox is typically not injected under the eyes, though, hence the wrinkles in her lower eyelids."

The Welsh star will next be seen in Rock Of Ages alongside Tom Cruise.

RadarOnline had their expert plastic surgeon, Anthony Youn, weigh in on his thoughts about what Catherine Zeta-Jones had done. He thinks because her forehead and crows feet don't have the visibility most women her age do, she had Botox done. As for her cheeks having a fuller look, he believes the Oscar-winning actress had Sculptra injection fillers.
Zeta-Jones was noticed for her vastly different look when she had ultra smooth skin and higher eyebrows.

According to plastic surgeons, it looks as though Catherine has had more than just a bit of Botox done. She has certainly had Botox injections in her forehead and on the outside of her eyes to smooth down her forehead and freeze her eyebrows into place. But she’s also have some work done on her cheeks, and that’s not something Botox can handle.

The smoothness of her cheeks makes Catherine look young and healthy, and while she is both, the healthy skin tone of her cheeks may have been supplemented with a bit of a filler. This helps explain the lack of lines around her mouth as well as the firmness of her lower face.
