If things keep going the way they are, we’re going to run out of semi-clever headlines for articles about The Real Housewives cast members getting plastic surgery. Today, we’re talking about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, of the insanely rich Maloof family, and that’s it, she has not actual talent or reason for being famous.
Anyway, Maloof has had a ton of plastic surgery throughout her life, enough that we couldn’t find a picture that we were confident would fit the description of “before”. However, we can confidently say that at some point, Adrienne Maloof has had a nose job (making her nose as thing and pinched at it currently looks), lip work (probably Restalyne injections to make them fuller and more plump), and various injections of Botox around her face (making her skin look as tight as it does).
Now she doesn’t look terrible just yet, but she’s on her way; she’d better stop now before it’s too late.

How do you find the time to do it all while shooting the show and raising a family?
I’m busy, it’s true. But no matter what, my family and my kids come first. That’s how it’s always been for me. So with that as my priority, everything else in the schedule falls in line.

Adrienne Maloof-Nassif is one of the most powerful housewives to ever hit the franchise, both in the business world, and on the wrestling mat. She’s a partner in her Maloof family dynasty (which includes the Sacramento Kings, The Palms Las Vegas, a partnership with Interscope Records and other various things), but she can also take down a man twice her size in 2 seconds flat.
Maloof is also no stranger to plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures, and neither is her husband Paul Nassif, who is a successful plastic surgeon who also featured on E!’s Dr. 90210. (Ed note: the original version of this paragraph speculated that she received plastic surgeries, from her husband, but she has stated multiple times (as the commenter below points out) that Paul has never performed surgery on her because they don’t want to risk their relationship if something goes wrong.)

She has admitted to nose job, botox, cheek filler, lip filler, and a boob job. So far Adrienne’s coming off a tough, sane, and she owns her plastic.
