The edges of her breast look very defined, which can be a sign of breast implants. If they are implants, they are not too big and tastefully done.” She probably went from a 34B to a 36C.
As for a nose job, it is clear in the before and after photo above that Hilary Duff’s previous nose was was much more bulbous and full, resulting in a younger, fluffier looking face, while her new nose is narrower and gives her a more refined look.
Hilary Duff has also has plastic surgery teeth, well not plastic surgery per se, but cosmetic dentistry in terms of veneers. Her once smaller and slightly stained smile is replaced with a broader whiter one.
Ever since her dental makeover, Hilary shows her pretty smile much more often now. She reportedly had her teeth redone after a mishap on stage with her microphone caused some chipping of her front tooth.

I felt my teeth were too big and wanted them corrected. I told the dentist that my face was lopsided and that I had a strange smile. He assured me that my teeth were just fine. According to him, my large teeth broke the symmetry of my mouth and gave my face an interesting dimension. So if my doctor is happy, who am I to complain?”

Even though most of these top notch stars have denied taking any such step, gossip columns do crop up with news about them having become plastic dolls of Bollywood. If reports are to be believed at least 80% of Bollywood actors have undergone cosmetic treatment to get their perfect look. Well, it is actually quite difficult to tell what’s real and what’s fake in today’s plastic dolls of Bollywood.

I was idly browsing one of the many, many gossip sites I habitually read last night, and came across this practically unrecognisable picture of Alyson Hannigan (of Buffy Fame) which is there on the left.

When Hollywood grist start flying you don’t really expect to hear about young starlet Amanda Bynes plastic surgery rumors (see also Hilary Duff before and after plastic surgery).

Born April 3 1986, Bynes was a child star, made famous for her roles on shows all over the kids’ station Nickelodeon, and at the young age of 24 in 2010 she made the announcement that she was retiring from acting.

She said that she’d done it, but she didn’t love it any more, and Bynes wanted to try her hand at something else and find a new love.

It was actually right around the time of this particular announcement that idle talk about her getting plastic surgery started to crop up.
Has Amanda Bynes Had Plastic Surgery?
Despite accusations that Amanda Bynes is now a young plastic surgery star, she has not confirmed any sort of cosmetic procedures.  Like others such as Kat Von D (see Kat Von D’s plastic surgery), no one seems to know.

For that matter no one has come forward and said they have insider information, or that they’d seen her medical chart.

All that people have scraped up so far are the obligatory images that show Bynes with a changing appearance.

And if you look at those pictures they do clearly show that Bynes looks different now than she did when she was younger.

Bynes has a slimmer face now, and it looks as if her cheekbones are higher and more defined.

Her teeth are bright, and some have accused her of getting dental veneers which make her mouth look over crowded.
And there are also the obligatory accusations of breast implants, lip procedures, rhinoplasty and other, “standard” cosmetic surgeries in Hollywood (see also Kim Kardashian plastic surgery before and after)

But just because she’s been accused, does that mean that Amanda Bynes has gone all the way and gotten celebrity cosmetic surgery at such a young age?

There is, however, another explanation for the differences that people see in the Amanda Bynes before and after pictures.
It’s important to remember that Bynes was a child star, and most of her acting was done in her teens.

Even her photos in Maxim magazine, showing that she’s definitely all grown up, were when she was in her early 20s. The simplest explanation for the fact that her face and lips have changed shape is that she’s growing up.

Bynes kept her baby fat for longer than most actresses, and it was very obvious that she was keeping it because of all the work she was doing at the time.

Now that she’s finished growing and maturing, she’s finally shed the looks of her teen years.

That isn’t to say that one explanation is right and the other wrong (see surgery gone wrong), but it’s important that when you listen to rumors about plastic surgery that you look at every possible angle to see what seems most likely.

Given how young Amanda Bynes is, and the fact that she never had any mysterious down time that would indicate surgery recovery, the idea that she’s gone under the knife seems ludicrous.

But who knows, maybe the Amanda Bynes plastic surgery rumors are true, after all.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “Andie MacDowell looks very natural.  She may have gotten some Botox in her forehead, but it doesn’t look like she has done anything else outside of maintaining a good skin care regimen.”

Ali Lohan is the latest of the Lohans to court publicity. The teen sister of actress Lindsay Lohan recently announced her intention to begin modeling. Shortly after, the web started buzzing with the news that Ali had gone under the knife for some plastic surgery to boost her career.

17-year old Ali Lohan has drawn concern for years over reports that she has had plastic surgery at too young of an age, from dental veneers to lip augmentation (See Make Me Heal’s story on Ali Lohan’s plastic surgery).
  Recently after announcing her intention to become a model, a young woman who resembled Ali and had a strong resemblance was photographed by the paparazzi, with headlines claiming Ali had been under the knife for cosmetic surgeries of Heidi-Montag-like proportion. While it is possible that Ali is just emerging from a lengthy plastic surgery recovery, it could also be that another young woman stepped in front of the camera.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “I have to say, Ali Lohan would have had to have a lot of plastic surgery to alter her look this much- including lengthening her legs.  Although there is a significant resemblance between the two, I think Ali has found her doppelganger.”

Indeed, while Ali could have lost weight and had fillers injected into her lips, it is unlikely that she would also have had a blepharoplasty to widen her eyes as well as a nose job and other procedures.

Dr. David Shafer, celebrity plastic surgeon in New York City says, “Based on the photos, it is hard to tell of there were any surgical procedures or just a bit of less invasive procedures such as Botox or Fillers.”

NEXT Model Management released a statement to E! News saying that Ali hasn’t been surgically altered at all, and any changes in her appearance are due to sudden growth.

“Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery,” Next Model Management agency director Alexis Borges told E! News.

“As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent.”
“Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age.”

“We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”

Ali also sparked concern from tabloids when she showed off a dramatic weight loss, likely to help her gain modeling gigs.

Ali Lohan’s cosmetic surgery rumors seemed like they were just biding their time before breaking onto the scene.

Aliana “Ali” Lohan, born on December 22, 1993, is a model, an actress, American television personality and singer.

The way that most people know her, however, is that she’s the younger sister of model and actress Lindsay Lohan.
With all of the associations that people make with Ali’s sister, given how Lindsay’s been in the news for her bad behavior and less than upstanding achievements, it seems only natural that people would assume that Ali’s going to follow in her footsteps.

With a wall of negation put up and the question answered no by all of the people who are in the know, one would think that would put the question to rest.

However, bad cosmetic surgery speculations continue, and just like Halle Berry surgery gossip or Jennifer Lopez plastic surgery rumors, those following Ali Lohan seem to be quite resistant.

So if we are to believe that Ali has had work done, where’s the proof? Well, Dr Drew Ordon in an interview with Rumorfix argues that there is more than enough “proof”.

Those who maintain that Ali Lohan has become a plastic surgery celebrity point out the radical changes in her face. How else would a woman lose so much roundness while keeping plump lips?
And despite the denials, these very thin “facts” are the allegations of plastic surgery gone wrong. However, there’s something that a lot of this speculation is forgetting; Ali Lohan’s age.

For those that sometimes forget, Ali is growing into a young woman. This process, which was pointed to by her agency manager as the reason for her changing appearance, leads to lots of changes in short periods of time.

A few months ago, 17-year-old Ali Lohan, better known as Lindsay Lohan's little sister, starting looking very different.

Some chalked it up to growing up, while others suspected the teenager had taken a trip to the plastic surgeon. But the young model, who signed to Next Model Management in August, is still laughing about the speculations.

The next generation of Lohan is Page Six Magazine's cover girl, available on Dec. 1 inside the New York Post, and attributes the changes in her face to a growth spurt.
Us Weekly, reports she told Page Six Magazine, that she was "cracking up" over the rumors.

"Because, like when would I do that [surgery]? I'm 17-years-old. That's not legal! I would need my mother's signature, and do you think my mom would sign off on that?" she asks." No! It's not the right thing to do."

When it comes to Dinah Lohan's parenting, one can never be too sure. Although Dina did tell The Huffington Post in September, the rumors were, "So beyond ridiculous. [Ali] grew 3 inches over the summer."

Ali also opened up about watching her sister's battle with drug and alcohol addiction, telling the magazine, "I just say no [to drugs]. I'm lucky enough that I had my sister to learn from."

Despite this education of sorts, she and Lindsay are extremely close, Ali even tagged along on Lindsay's nude photoshoot for Playboy, last month.
"You can't trust anyone so we talk to each other about everything," she said, clearly already world weary from watching her sister's path through Hollywood. "I admire how strong she is. That's why Lindsay and me are so close, because we're able to talk about those things together."

Ali Lohan: Plastic Surgery Rumors Are ‘Absolutely Not True’.

A few months ago, Ali Lohan stepped out in Beverly Hills and showed off a total transformation that sparked plastic surgery speculation. She looked extra slim and appeared to have some changes to her eyebrows, cheeks, nose and lips. But now Linday Lohan‘s little sister is speaking out, calling the rumors “stupid.”
“I was cracking up. Because, like, when would I do that? I’m 17 years old,” Ali told New York Post’s Page Six Magazine. “That’s not legal! I would need my mother’s signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No!”

At the time the rumors started, Ali’s rep refuted plastic surgery claims, stating Ali was just undergoing a “growth spurt.”

I assumed she had some of kind of powerful peel or laser treatment, as she always looked like she had bad acne scars. I think the skin improvement is fairly recent, though, isn’t it? I often wondered why she didn’t get it taken care of sooner. BTW, I think treating scars is in a whole other category than anti-aging remedies.
I’m all for taking care of yourself, being active and fit, maintaining a healthy weight and eating well and exercising, and if you can afford it, getting facials and keeping your hair looking great with a great cut and color. But the surgery thing – it looks desperate and fake.
