If a celebrity plastic surgery were a crime, Cher would spend the rest of her life in a prison. Her beauty obsession is well-known for everyone. The number of her plastic surgeries seems to be bigger than a number of fingers on our hands!
The list of improvements includes rhinoplasty, facelift, numerous botox injections and many other procedures. This lady, being over 50, looks much better than in her young years.
Cher's is well known for being an icon of youth and also for what plastic surgery can do for your image, she openly admits she has become "the plastic surgery poster girl".  But the star denies she has few original parts left on her frame as some people have said and rumors saying that she had cheek implants and a rib removed simply aren't true. Looking these pictures we don't see a considerable difference on her cheeks, it is more a difference in make up.
She said: "I've had my cheekbones since I was small. And it is impossible to have a rib removed! When I heard that said of me I thought it particularly silly but I will have to defend myself for the rest of my life against it."
About the reason she got breast implants she said: "Oh, because they got so much bigger after Chastity was born, and I couldn't bear to see them deflate." She said that the first surgery she got was a rhinoplasty (nose job), after she saw herself on film for the first time: "I looked at myself up there on that screen and thought, I'm all nose".
She also used laser surgery to erase couple of tattoos. But about more cosmetic procedures she says se has grown tired of all the speculation about it: "It bothers me sometimes... but not enough to hold back my progress."

While for another celebrity plastic surgery is something to be concealed and denied, Cher herself has admitted to having gone under the knife for multiple surgical procedures during the course of her long career.
Well known as a youthful icon, and attracted to the benefits of plastic surgery for celebrity image, she has called herself ‘the plastic surgery poster girl‘.

However, she has denied having procedures such as cheek implants. She admits to having had breast augmentation, saying:

‘Oh, because they got so much bigger after Chastity was born, and I couldn’t bear to see them deflate‘.

Through laser surgery she has also had a number of tattoos removed.

Cher’s smooth forehead and eyes has led to speculation that she has had Botox injections and chemical peel treatments, and the lack of additional skin around her eyelids may be indicative of upper and lower blepharoplasty.

For celebrities such as Cher and Dolly Parton is not something that needs to be concealed; for others such as Joan Collins is always strongly denied.

Her jawline is noticeably tighter than most women in their sixties, and her browline is higher and smoother, suggesting that she has had more than one facelift.

The crow’s feet around her eyes have disappeared, and the bags under her eyes have been remarkably reduced, while her upper eyelids appear hollow and taut.

Her nose is now straighter and narrower than it previously appeared. She has softer, plumper cheeks which may be the result of injectible fillers such as Restylane, and they are significantly smoother and have a slightly waxy appearance.

Bad plastic surgery is becoming increasingly common as more celebrities go under the knife in order to remove wrinkles, reshape facial features and create a more youthful and vibrant look.
The result can be plastic surgery gone wrong, with highly artificial and weird appearances that look far from natural or beautiful. Cher freely admits to having had plastic surgery, but has been restrained in enhancing her appearance.

Cher has been partly open about having plastic surgery however people claim that she is not being open about how much time she has spent under the knife. I mean she’s not exactly hiding anything but we can’t expect her to provide a list and go into details either.

1. Facelift – this evident because her jaw line is much tighter than a regular 64 year old woman.
2. Brow lift – her eyebrows now are even higher than they were when she was a girl.
3. Botox injections – her forehead barely has wrinkles which is a bit unusual for her age.

5. Rhinoplasty – this procedure has been good to her, even though she has had more than one.
However, most people think all her procedures have done an amazing job keeping her young, aside from a few pictures where she has been paparazzied without makeup and looking a little saggy. Some might make the case that her face is starting to look a little stretched and smoothed over. She always looks good when she is ready to make an appearance. She has been pretty smart with her image.
