After checking out some before and after pictures, we’re wondering if Angelina didn’t mean “I don’t plan to do it to myself…AGAIN!” She’s definitely had some sort of work done and if pictures are worth anything, we’d guess a chin implant and a small bit of rhinoplasty.
Angelina has always been a beautiful woman, but even with a significant amount of weight loss in recent years, she has changed rather noticeably over the years. For example, in a profile picture, it’s clear that Angelina had a weak chin when she was younger. The weak chin is no more, however, in more current pictures.

Often patients of surgery opt to have a chin enlarged slightly though chin implants to better balance the nose and improve a profile. This appears to be the case for Angelina since she is also sporting a nose that is slightly narrower across the nostrils. The change may not be dramatic, but Angelina demonstrates what we’d all like to see from facial plastic surgery – she has her original looks, but her beauty is amplified.

There is also some talk about Angelina’s breasts and how much of her bust is natural. It’s certainly hard to tell as she’s had multiple pregnancies, but watching her chest over the last decade indicates that there might be a bit of extra embellishment there as well. Angelina may think she’s fooling us, but we’ll just say – she looks great!

The actress appeared to have developed two large tucks of skin underneath her right ear. The skin also appeared red and sore.

These latest pictures will fuel speculation that the 34-year-old may have had a 'ribbon lift'- the latest Hollywood plastic surgery craze.

The £4,000 procedure is thought to be behind Superstar Madonna's wrinkle-free skin.
It involves having a small cut made near the earlobe so a thread of absorbable ribbon can be implanted.

The procedure heals within 12 weeks and makes the skin of the neck appear tighter.

Plastic surgeon Abel Mounir told The People: 'It looks as though she's received the ribbon treatment from the gathering of skin just below her earlobe.

'But the picture makes it look as though the fixed mechanism of the ribbon has snapped, resulting in the U-shaped indent under the skin.

An onlooker in Venice said: 'She looked very, very odd.

Jolie has always denied going under the knife.

After giving birth to her 19-month-old twins with partner Brad Pitt the actress even opted for a 'natural' photo shoot, shunning airbrushing and make-up.

The Oscar-winning actress arrived in Venice last week. She and Pitt, 46, arrived at Marco Polo Airport in a private plane along with the actress's father Jon Voight. It was the first time she had seen Voight in over eight years after a long-running feud.

The couple are staying in a 15th-century palazzo with their six children: daughter Shiloh, three, 19-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne and adopted Maddox, eight, Pax, six, and five-year-old Zahara.

The pair needed two speedboats to get their brood and all of their luggage to their accommodation.

Jolie and Pitt have recently threatened legal action after rumours that they are about to split.

Anna Faris has had plastic surgery, and sources seem to agree that she’s done it right.

The actress that first started to gain fame for her role in the “Scary Movie” series, and who has moved on to “The House Bunny,” and will soon be in the film “What’s Your Number?” has undergone plastic surgery, and she’s admitted as much to anyone that’s asked.
Specifically she’s gotten breast implants, though there is speculation that she might have gone a little bit further than that, or that she’s planning on doing so in the future.

Audrina Patridge's reality show, "Audrina," has been canceled officially, as the 26-year-old speculated in a recent interview.
The series debuted in April and suffered from low ratings. The show followed Patridge's after her former series, the hit MTV reality program "The Hills," ended after six seasons.
"VH1 will not be picking up Audrina for a second season," a spokesperson for the cable network told OnTheRedCarpet.com on Friday, September 2.

Patridge had told The Daily in a recent interview, when asked about making a second season: "No, I don't think we are. We finished in April and I kind of decided I wanted to take some time off from reality. I want to do something more like acting or hosting."

The reality star, who has had small parts in films such as the new movie "Honey 2," also addressed plastic surgery rumors. Patridge became a sex symbol after she made her on-screen debut in a bikini on the first episode of "The Hills" in 2006.

She has since showcased her body in swimsuits and lingerie on "Audrina", in Carls Jr. burger commercials and in magazines such as Maxim, FHM and Shape.

"They always ask me about that because of Heidi and there's all these rumors and they all say I've had, like, six procedures, and I'm, like, 'Where do you get that?'" Patridge told The Daily. "Look at the pictures. I fluctuate in weight a lot. And as far as my face, I'd never had anything done."

She appeared in the film "Sorority Row" in 2009 and has a small part in the straight-to-DVD dance film "Honey 2," which stars Kat Graham from the CW series "The Vampire Diaries." Lauren Conrad, the main star of "The Hills," also tried her luck in launching another reality show.MTV opted not to air it. Conrad's spokesperson said in a statement: "We delivered the show that we sold and are sorry MTV didn't feel their viewers were savvy enough to appreciate it."

A spokesperson for MTV, which also airs shows such as the raunchy reality programs "Jersey Shore" and "The Real Word," did not explain why the project was dropped but said the network hopes to work with Conrad again in the future.

In Monday’s repeat of an earlier recording of a CNN “Showbiz Tonight” segment, editor David Caplan of People magazine called Rose “one of the worst Hollywood plastic-surgery offenders.”

The lead singer of the 1980s group Guns N’ Roses, Rose disappeared from the spotlight for a while, then reappeared in 2006.

“It looked like he had had a chemical peel, that he had cheek implants. His whole face looked completely restructured,” Caplan said. “Axl Rose used to be this really studly, hunky guy. But when he reemerged, he looked so artificial, so plastic it was scary, almost, for people to look at him.”

Celebrity watcher Molly Goodson of PopSugar said, “I was incredibly shocked to see Axl Rose when he came out of the woodwork … with his corn rows and his whole new appearance. I think a lot of his fans were shocked.”

Host A.J. Hammer added, “If you are hoping to get an admission out of Axl, it’s not going to happen. He’s never said a word about his transformation.”

It’s true that Rose’s appearance has changed a bit, but not for the worse. Even assuming that plastic surgery was involved, though that’s in dispute, isn’t the critics’ problem really that Rose, now in his 40s, doesn’t look exactly as he did as a 1980s rock idol?
