  Because her appearance played a part in her dismissal from Danity Kane, people paid close attention to her gradual transformation. As time went on, her look became more exaggerated with bigger hair, eyelashes, lips, and breasts.

Plastic surgery rumors began to escalate and she soon became a target for celebrity plastic surgery speculators.
When comparing before and after pictures and videos of O’Day, it does appear that her breast are much bigger and fuller now than when she auditioned for “Making the Band 3”.

According to Dr. Michael Salzhauer, a Miami plastic surgeon:

“I do not believe she had a traditional tummy tuck, but she appears to have had some skin excised from her abdominal area.”

O’Day has denied all surgery rumors and told Celebuzz, “It could’ve been a lip plumper, or a bad makeup artist, too much makeup, too little makeup; whatever it may be.”

Botox and breast implants rumors were addressed and denied.

However, recent promotional video for “Celebrity Apprentice” reveals a smooth forehead that barely moves, a tell-tale sign of Botox injections.

It appears that Aubrey has a capsular contracture on her right side. Implants are placed in a pocket during augmentation surgery. Her right implant appears to have gravitated upward. A hard shell has formed around it.

Aubrey O’Day rhinoplasty is impossible to deny because of the large noticeable change of the shape of your nose. There is a saying in Hollywood that goes, “You’re not famous without infamy.” Aubrey O’Day is no stranger to this concept either. In this first set of photos, Aubrey has similar facial expressions. Her eyebrows are the same shape and have the same form. Her eyes are light, pale green and her teeth are white and aligned. She even has the same set of parenthesis around her mouth.

Her eyes are not pulled back nor is there any stretched forehead skin from a face lift or botox. In both pictures, her top lip is thin and her bottom lip is plump. In the left picture, her makeup gives off an illusion of a slightly thicker bottom lip (makeup wouldn’t have any purpose otherwise).

These photos are taken five years apart. She has makeup in one, no makeup in the other. She just grew up – a girl on the right and a woman on the left.
Her jawline in these photos are different. One is more pointier than the other. So yeah, she definitely got plastic surgery.

Now take a closer look at the picture up top. When she turns her face slightly you can see a more tapering tip. But when she looks at you head on, it disappears. Sorry, it was just a false alarm! No plastic surgery done here.

Let’s take caution from now on, pay careful attention to details, and not make rash decisions that spread false rumors.

No reports have indicated that Cheri Oteri has admitted to having plastic surgery but then again, she has not denied the rumors either.

After appearing on a few red carpets in 2009 looking noticeable “refreshed”, which is sometimes code for “work has been done”, the blogosphere erupted in searches for the actual plastic surgeries Oteri may have had done.

There are several noticeable differences in her face that prompted people to question some facial features that look a lot different now than say five or ten years ago.

It is alleged that she has had a facelift without surgery, an eyelift, a blepharophasty (eyelid surgery), conservative rhinoplasty, a chin implant, botox and facial fillers.

Again, Oteri has neither confirmed or denied any such plastic surgery. In Hollywood, cosmetic surgery is an all too common occurrence but many celebrities are still guarded about disclosing such information. It is like the last big taboo that everyone is doing or perhaps more accurately, hiding in plain sight.

When one looks at the comparison before and after pictures of this popular celebrity comedienne, there is a suggestion that Oteri may have had some work done but what that is only a best guess.
A rhinoplasty does seem possible because in her “before” pictures, she had a more rounded nasal tip and now her nose is a little thinner.

If, in fact, she did have a nose job it was in fact a subtle procedure. The chin implant that she is rumored to have had does seem possible as well because her face before was more rounded and now her chin is much more pronounced.

The jury is still out on the claims of a facelift or the eyelift. Her face does not have that tightness that most people who have had a facelift have.

It is more likely that Botox, fillers, or even laser treatment are the culprit because she does not have any wrinkles to speak of and that would account for the extreme shine of her face in recent photographs.

Hollywood is a tough world for aging actors and actresses. Many are in competition with younger more fresh-faced actors for coveted movie roles and so many turn to plastic surgery in order to compete.

It’s interesting therefore, to compare today’s pictures with past images.
As far as Cheri Oteri plastic surgery is concerned, until she confirms this point,  there are only rumors – as there are for many top celebrities who refuse to divulge the secrets of their good looks publicly.  Good surgery, bad plastic surgery? The truth is no really knows.

Cheri Oteri has likely had a facelift, which has left her face pulled a little too tight, given it an almost shiny appearance. She may have also had an eyelift, because her eyes look even smaller than used to and may have been pulled too tightly as well during a blepharoplasty.

Cheri’s nose also appears to be a little thinner, which is the result of a conservative rhinoplasty, leaving her with a more elegant and less rounded nasal tip.
Many also suspect that Cheri has had a chin implant, as her chin seems more pronounced, giving her face a more oval shape than it had previously. This would make sense, as chin implants often go together with rhinoplasty procedures. Although Cheri is best known for her characters on SNL, she still pops up in various movies and television shows, playing kooky characters. She likely maintains her wrinkle-free look with facial fillers and Botox and possible laser treatments as well, which would also contribute to the shiny look.

Although it’s hard to grow old gracefully and naturally, plastic surgery can help folks appear younger longer. However, having too many procedures all at once often makes people look strange, rather than younger or better and Cheri seems to have learned this lesson the hard way.
