She appears to have had a very good breast augmentation several years ago Her nose is shorter and more defined than earlier pictures and her upper eyelids appear less heavy than several years ago. Botox and a small amount of fillers are possible. Although she has always had nice full lips. I see no signs of any body contouring surgery and she certainly does not need it.”

While we've already heard sister Lindsay deny the rumors that her younger sibling had a little work done on her face after some startling pics popped up in September, Ali herself is now speaking out about all the speculation.

"I was cracking up," Ali Lohan(who now prefers to be called Aliana, professionally) tells Page Six Magazine about all the nip/tuck talk.

"Because, like, when would I do that? I'm 17 years old. That's not legal! I would need my mother's signature, and do you think my mom would sign off on that? No! It's not the right thing to do. It's stupid. I don't listen to it. It's absolutely not true."

Not surprisingly, the conversation with Ali Lohan, who recently signed on with Next Model Management, turns to her troubled sister someone she has the utmost respect for.

"I admire how strong she is," she says. "She's an independent woman."

And while Ali Lohan admits that she has been offered drugs in the past, the teen is quick to point out that she's never touched them.

"I just say no," she insists. "I'm lucky enough that I had my sister to learn from...That's why Lindsay and me are so close, because we're able to talk about those things together."

Carmen Campuzano is a Mexican model that obviously has had some tragically bad plastic surgery. Sadly, Carmen Campuzano’s severely botched nose job is just one of many disasters to befall the once successful supermodel, who has graced the cover of Vogue a record three times. Carmen has struggled with her addiction to drugs and alcohol, which has turned her life into a disaster. As a result of her addictions, she has been run over by a taxi, severed a finger, broken her arm so badly that it had to be reconstructed, she’s been committed to a mental institution, attempted suicide, overdosed on cocaine and lost custody of her children. One has to wonder if her lack of good judgement is also to blame for the poor result she’s gotten from plastic surgery. Do you think a raging cokehead is going to stop doing cocaine in order to let a nose job heal? Probably not and probably not a good idea…

So just how did Carmen Campuzano’s nose end up in its currently deformed state? There are several stories out there swirling around, but a severe cocaine addiction, an overly aggressive plastic surgeon and a battle with a flesh eating bacteria (that Carmen picked up from stepping in pig poop!) could all be contributing factors in the disfigurement of her nose.

Carmen Campuzano is or was a model in Mexico and currently works as an event organizer and hostess. Carmen demonstrates the number one lesson that should be taught about cosmetic surgery and that many people ignore – never go too far, too fast. If you make some subtle changes, a little botox, a little lift here or there, you just might get away with it and improve on what you’ve got.

As you can see above Carmen did have a big nose in 1999 but her surgery was a big mistake. She chopped off about half her nose.

The doc succeeded in making a button on the tip of the nose, that part went ok. What went wrong was the nasal phalanges on the sides of her nose. Too much flesh was removed, and without enough support, the nostrils collapsed. Subsequently, doctors performed various surgeries to try and give it some structure and repair the nose but so far no luck. Not only that, but Carmen has had trouble with infections, fluid and blood flow in her sinuses which can potentially be very dangerous and has required further surgeries. And you know what happened to Michael Jackson’s nose, he eventually had to use a prosthetic, or else plastic fillers instead of actual flesh.

After a failed attempt at being a male model, Robert Pattinson decided to get a little plastic surgery and try acting. His nose job helped improve his looks which landed him his first major role as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire. After that he obviously was Edward Cullen in the Twilight series. Thanks to his good looks, he became a teenage heart throb to almost every girl in America. Notice how after the plastic surgery his nose is more prominent. Usually people make it smaller, but Robert Pattinson took the opposite approach and it worked great for him.

It's been suggested that Robert Pattinson went under the knife to correct some facial 'flaws' before his dramatic rise to fame. We're not convinced that Rob's features have been tampered with by a plastic surgeon - what do you think? If you examine some pics, you can see why people believe he may have had a rhinoplasty and jaw implants. His nose appears straighter and his jawline appears more filled out. A jawline implant is very similar to a chin implant, in that they are both usually made of solid silicone rubber. Another way to fill out the jawline is to use fat grafting.

Jaw implants or not, his nose definitely looks a lot better now.

But it seems that the experts can't tell for sure if Robert had actually a plastic surgery...

He has grown older and more mature appearing since his Harry Potter days, and that can be seen in his square, angled jaw, facial hair, and skin tone.  His allure also has to do with the fictional character that he plays in Twilight, Edward Cullen, being incredibly likeable and crushed upon by young and older women alike.

Former big business exec Carly Fiorina may not have what it takes to run the Senate, but so far she is winning the battle against breast cancer, albeit slowed slightly by complications from breast reconstruction surgery

56-year old former HP executive Carly Fiorina announced that she was battling breast cancer shortly before deciding to run against the California incumbent Senator Barbara Boxer. Carly Fiornia was fired after HP stock fell and she laid off thousands of workers. Although new to the political scene after spending her career at major companies, Carly has been endorsed by Republican politicians, including Republican Sen. John McCain of Arizona (See Make Me Heal’s story on John McCain’s plastic surgery), former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty.

To treat her breast cancer, Carly decided to undergo a double mastectomy, and later had breast reconstructive surgery. After the double mastectomy, Carly was also treated with chemotherapy, which caused her to lose her hair. Last month, Carly was hospitalized due to complications from an infection resulting from the reconstructive surgery.

On his blog, OcBody plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia says, “According to the article, Ms Fiorina had breast cancer with radiation and chemotherapy involved in her treatment along with her breast reconstruction. This does not bode well for implant-based reconstruction that she probably had.”

Carly Fiorina Criticizes Tina Fey As "Disrespectful...Sexist"

McCain spokeswoman Carly Fiorina plastic surgery has weighed in on the major issue of today, namely, 30 Rock creator Tina Fey's portrayal of vice presidential contender Sarah Palin from this weekend's Saturday Night Live. Fiorina, astonishingly, termed it "disrespectful." Because that's what SNL does - paint flattering pictures of political figures. You'd think she'd be immune to such concerns, or at least not humorless about it -- after all, the very candidate she supports went on SNL last season and wittily lampooned his own age. But in Fiorina's opinion, Fey was "sexist" and failed to delve into Palin's substance.
According to the article, Ms Fiorina had breast cancer with radiation and chemotherapy involved in her treatment along with her breast reconstruction. This does not bode well for implant-based reconstruction that she probably had .

Radiation treatment and implant placement together have a high incidence of complications including infection and implant exposure. Being that in 2009, Ms Fiorina was likely in the midst of planning her Senate run. She might have opted for a less debilitating implant-based reconstruction for practical reasons. Such a choice might have also been based on the availability of soft tissue with which two breasts could be made. Carly is thin of build. Tissue-based breast reconstruction also has its share of problems, but late in the game infection is not usually one of them.

California Republican Senate candidate Carly Fiorina has been released from the hospital after being treated for an infection related to reconstruction surgery.  She had previously been diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction, with the last stage being performed back in July.  What type of infection could this be, many months after her last surgery?
Hopefully the infection does not involve a breast implant, which is often used in reconstruction.  If an implant is infected, it needs to be removed, typically for six months to allow the infection to resolve.  For those six months the patient would have only one augmented (or reconstructed) breast.  This is my greatest fear when operating on smokers, who have a five times higher risk of healing complications over nonsmokers.

If fact, we couldn’t even tell if he had a plastic surgery if we wouldn’t compare the photos – there are no scars or marks of any kind of plastic procedure seen on his face.

Most famous for her Emmy Award winning work on The Practice, Camryn Manheim has most recently been getting her paychecks as one of the stars of The Ghost Whisperer and with guest shots on shows like Harry’s Law. She’s been reportedly spending these checks on plastic surgery. To be honest, it’s pretty hard to tell whether she’s had anything done at all, or whether she’s just getting older. Rumor has it that she’s had a conservative rhinoplasty, a possible facelift, Botox injections, and eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). Due to the little amount of difference in her appearance, it’s hard to tell whether the rumors are true, but a facelift can pretty much be ruled out because of how wrinkled her skin still looks.
A blepharoplasty is the surgery she most likely had, as her eyes look wider now than they used to, especially in her upper eyelid. She also sometimes shows traces of the infamous “Botox vein” in her forehead. Manheim is over fifty now, so any work she has had, or will have, will be less about pure cosmetics, and more about staving off age, It’s not like a “hotter” appearance is going to help a career, she just has to stay in that sweet spot where she can play distinguished women, and not drift into “old lady” territory.

If you’re not a fan of the television show The Ghost Whisperer, you may have forgotten about Camryn Manheim. It turns out that Golden Globe winner may have been spending time having plastic surgery.

49-year old Camryn Manheim first got famous playing a lawyer on the popular television show The Practice. Since then, she’s popped up here and there on various television shows and made for TV movies. Most recently, she’s popped on a list of stars with possible plastic surgery.

Camryn has been rumored to have undergone upper and lower eyelid surgery in addition to a facelift and nose job.

Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Camryn Manheim may have had a browlift.  In addition, she may have had fillers and Botox. Overall, any work was performed conservatively.”

While Camryn’s eyes do look a little more open now than before, she also has more signs of aging, including wrinkles and fine lines across her forehead and around her eyes. If Camryn had had a facelift, these signs of aging should have been eradicated.

Board certified Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr David Shafer says, “Carryn Manheim has reportedly been spending some time in the plastic surgeon’s office.  However, the reported blepharoplasty is minimal if anything, the rumored rhinoplasty does not seem convincing and the facelift – well, I am not convinced.”

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “I am not convinced that Camryn has undergone plastic surgery.  I would recommend for her some Botox to smooth out her skin and an upper eyelid  lift (Blepharoplasty) to give her a very rejuvenated look.”
